    [>Management homework help](https://www.sweetstudy.com/fields/business-finance-management)

    ## Scenario

You have been asked to evaluate Company A and Company B and make your recommendation for acquiring one or both companies. Based on your initial assessment, you have created balanced scorecards for both companies. You are now ready to analyze the information you have gathered so far about the two companies so that you can compare the costs, benefits, and risks associated with acquiring each company and make a well-informed decision.

In this milestone, you will first analyze the current situation of TransGlobal Airlines using the given data and other sources to understand their business environment. You will also evaluate the performance of Company A and Company B using the balanced scorecards you created in Milestone One.

    ## Prompt

Write a report with your performance evaluation of the three companies involved in the acquisition.

Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:

    1. **Situation Analysis of TransGlobal Airlines (parent company).** Use the provided TransGlobal [Company Information](https://learn.snhu.edu/content/enforced/1894521-MBA-620-10749.202518-1/Course%20Documents/MBA%20620%20TransGlobal%20Airlines%20Information.pdf?ou=1894521) and [Financials](https://learn.snhu.edu/content/enforced/1894521-MBA-620-10749.202518-1/Course%20Documents/MBA%20620%20Transglobal%20AirLines%20Financial%20Information.xlsx?ou=1894521) to highlight the company’s current business environment.

    1. Internal environment: culture, leadership, internal processes, human resources, operations, and financial performance
    2. External environment: competitive, market, regulatory, customers, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders
    2. **Balanced Scorecard Analysis of Company A.**Using the balanced scorecard for Company A from Milestone One, describe your analysis of Company A’s performance. Perform a cost-benefit-risk analysis to explain whether the benefits justify the costs of acquisition.

    1. **Opportunity cost**: What will it cost to move forward with this opportunity?
    2. **Risk:** Identify and explain the magnitude (low, medium, or high) of the risks this acquisition poses to the parent company related to its market, financial, cultural, and operational environments.
    3. **Balanced Scorecard Analysis of Company B.**Using the balanced scorecard for Company B from Milestone One, describe your analysis of Company B’s performance. Perform a cost-benefit-risk analysis to explain whether the benefits justify the costs of acquisition.

    1. **Opportunity cost:** What will it cost to move forward with this opportunity?
    2. **Risk:** Identify and explain the magnitude (low, medium, or high) of the risks this acquisition poses to the parent company related to its market, financial, cultural, and operational environments.

    ## What to Submit

The English Journal is a journal of ideas for English language arts teachers in junior and
senior high schools and middle schools. EJ presents information on the teaching of writing
and reading, literature, and language. Each issue examines the relationship of theory and
research to classroom practice, and reviews current materials of interest to English
teachers, including books and electronic media. The journal is published bimonthly in
September, November, January, March, May, and July.

The National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE), a not-for-profit professional
association of educators, is dedicated to improving the teaching and learning of English
and the language arts at all levels of education. Since 1911, NCTE has provided a forum for
the profession, an array of opportunities for teachers to continue their professional growth
throughout their careers, and a framework for cooperation to deal with issues that affect
the teaching of English. For more information, please visit www.ncte.org.

    **## Discussion.pdf**

Read Rosmarie Gavin's "The Lion King and Hamlet: A Homecoming for the Exiled
Child." In this small article, Gavin explains parallels she and her students find between
Hamlet and Disney's The Lion King. Among other questions, one of the fundamental
generative questions Gavin and her students ask is "What is a hero?" Based on your
reading of Hamlet, would you consider Hamlet to be a hero? If so, in what ways? If not,
why not? Is this heroism/lack of heroism in line with other heroes/anti-heroes we've read
this semester? In what ways? Your response should be approximately 500 words. This
response may not be AI-generated; neither should your ideas for this response.
